Three wanted in connection with Rockville Centre stabbing

Nassau County Police are searching for three men who stabbed a man during an attempted robbery in Rockville Centre on May 7.

According to police, a 55-year-old man was riding his bicycle in near North Park Avenue and Front Street at about 11:20 p.m. when a black Honda pulled up next to him, driven by a black man with a bald head, who asked if he had a light. Then two other men got out of the back of the car and started fighting with the man.

The victim was able to break away and ride to his nearby home. When he got there, he realized he had been stabbed once in the chest with an unknown object. The victim went to a local hospital where he was treated and released.
