Fair Vice Squad arrests two at RVC massage parlor

Last week, Nassau County Police shut down a massage parlor prostitution ring operating in the heart of Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 21, The Vice Squad of the NCPD arrested Vivian Xiao, 45, of 170th Street in Fresh Meadows and charged her with prostitution and operating a massage parlor without a license. Also arrested was Li Feng, 48, of Sanford Avenue in Flushing, who was also charged for operating a massage parlor without a license.
The two were working out of Happy Feet Best Foot Reflexology, located at 11 N. Village Ave.
