The district’s arts booster’s organization, North Shore Arts Angels, brought back a beloved fundraiser to the community: paint night. Parents and residents flocked to Ernesto’s Restaurant in Glen Head to create custom watercolor notecards with much creativity involved.
Each participant was given paint, brushes and notecards to decorate to their discretion. Everyone enjoyed painting alongside their friends and neighbors while noshing on light snacks and refreshments at the restaurant.
The proceeds from paint night will go towards restoring arts equipment at North Shore High School.
