Gaughran bids farewell to library board

The library has been a major part of Steve Gaughran’s life, even before he moved to Seaford in 1960. Gaughran, 81, recently wrapped up a 17-year tenure on the Seaford Public Library board of trustees. Because of health reasons, he stepped down on Dec. 31, six months before his term was set to expire. more
