Seaford Chamber welcomes new officers

The Seaford Chamber of Commerce held its annual installation dinner on Jan. 21 at Il Felice restaurant, which featured the swearing in of officers and board members for 2015.

Mary Lucere, an attorney on Merrick Road, was installed as president. The oath of office was led by Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray.

Erin King Sweeney, the new town councilwoman representing the 5th District, presided over the installation of other officers which included First Vice President Ken Jacobsen of LPL Financial, Secretary of Karen Cass of Exit Premier Realty, and Treasurer Sergio DeCiantis of Cara Mia Due. Not present was Second Vice President Curt Schmitt, of the Charles Schmitt Funeral Home.

Members of the Board of Directors are Joe Calise of Sights and Sounds, Nick Bilotta of Final Touch Collision, Juanita Duran of Majestic Salon and Spa, Barbara Shane of Shane’s Anchor Realty, and Seth Sultan of the Sultan Agency.
