Crime watch: Lynbrook, East Rockaway

Arrests

A 35-year-old man from Jamaica, Queens, was arrested on May 10 at 9:10 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle without an interlock device, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to signal on Sunrise Highway.

On May 10 at 8:26 p.m., a 30-year-old Kings Park man was arrested and charged with criminal contempt.

A 44-year-old Hempstead man was arrested on May 13 at 8:10 a.m. and charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, suspended registration, improper plates and unlawful possession of marijuana on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 59-year-old man from Deer Park was arrested on Vincent Avenue and charged with possession of stolen property, aggravated unlicensed operator, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and uninspected vehicle on May 13 at 8:15 p.m.

A 43-year-old man from Astoria, Queens was arrested on May 14 at 2:25 a.m. and charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and heroin) on Vincent Avenue.

On May 14 at 9:20 a.m., a 25-year-old Hempstead woman was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and speeding on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 29-year-old woman from Springfield Gardens was arrested on May 14 at 10:48 p.m. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and defective headlights on Peninsula Boulevard.

On May 15 at 8:08 a.m., a 56-year-old Roosevelt man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and defective stop lamps on Merrick Road.
