Overcast Glen Cove Board of Education Slate Announced
The new slate for the Glen Cove School District Board of Education has been announced. Monica Alexandris-Miller and Robert Field will be running for two open seats, both unopposed. Current BOE Vice President Maureen Pappachristou and trustee Barrie Dratch will not be running for reelection.
Meet the Candidates night will be on Thursday, May 4 at 7 p.m. at Finley Middle School Library, on Forest Ave.
The budget and BOE vote will be on Tuesday, May 16 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Polling will be held at Connolly School on Ridge Drive in the auditorium and at the High School on Dosoris Lane in the back gym.
