Active shooter training at Oceanside Library

Oceanside Library has invited Don Longo, a certified subject matter expert in active shooter incidents, to speak on March 21 at 6 p.m. He will educate attendees about the best ways to prevent, respond to and survive an active shooter incident in a workplace, school or any public place.
