Police: woman brought fake prescription to Oceanside CVS

Police are seeking information on the woman pictured above who reportedly brought a forged prescription to an Oceanside CVS in September.

Nassau County police are seeking a woman who reportedly brought a fake prescription to the CVS in Oceanside on Atlantic Avenue.

According to a release, the woman was seen walking into the drug store on Sept. 5 at around 5:45 p.m. while in possession of the forged prescription. She then reportedly left in a grey SUV.

Police ask that anyone with knowledge of the crime contact them at 1 (800) 244-8477. All callers will remain anonymous.
