Seaford’s Steven Gaebler named King of Queens

Seaford resident Steven Gaebler was recognized by Schneps Communications as one of the 2017 Kings of Queens for his passion and success in business.

Partner Steven G. Gaebler, of Seaford, was honored by Schneps Communications, publishers of the Courier chain of newspapers, as one of the 2017 Kings of Queens.

The Kings of Queens award recognizes individuals who have been successful in business due to their passion for what they do.

Gaebler is Co-Chair of the Banking and Finance Practice Group and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group of the law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP. He concentrates his practice in commercial lending and commercial real estate transactions.

The honoree also represents several major financial institutions in complex mortgage and asset-based lending transactions, including transactions involving construction lending letters of credit, IDA and other bond financing, leasehold mortgage financing, factor financing, condominium and cooperative financing, revolving lines of credit, financing of large industrial, retail, office, and multi-family facilities, participation agreements between landlords, as well as representation of lenders in workout and restructuring agreements.

Gaebler has a broad background in commercial real estate transactions through his representation of a wide variety of clients, including large publicly traded corporations, in the purchase, sale, development, construction, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.

He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and a graduate of New York University Law School and SUNY Buffalo.
