Suspicious occurrence at Levittown’s Division Avenue HS

Division Avenue High School in Levittown was evacuated today due to a suspicious occurrence, Nassau County eighth precinct police said.

The police were notified around 9:30 a.m. and an eighth precinct police car was sent to the school. The school was evacuated and an investigation was conducted. There was no immediate threat, no injuries and everyone was safe as of around 12:15 p.m.

The investigation is ongoing.
