Temple B’Nai Torah leaders hosted their annual gala dinner and Chinese auction on March 18.
The gala is designed to raise money for the temple, nestled on Jerusalem Avenue in North Wantagh. With a $30 price of admission, congregants had the chance to have dinner, drinks and dessert with community members. They also had the chance to win one or more of 100 raffle prizes.
Steve Christie was the emcee of the auction. Before and after he gave away gift baskets, event tickets and more, Jordan Cooney performed for the crowd.
