Bowling Green Elementary School in East Meadow welcomed the National Circus Project for an interactive assembly on May 9.
The National Circus Project is an educational outreach program that focuses on art education, physical education and cultural arts. Through challenging workshops, students have the opportunity to learn patience, self-discipline and good habits.
Each performance packed a panoramic presentation of circus skills into comedic routines including audience interaction and participation. The performers involved Bowling Green students and staff in their acts such as juggling and plate spinning to demonstrate the fun of learning new tricks.
