A vehicle struck this woman, who the police are not identifying, in Inwood on April 13.

An unidentified woman is in a coma at a local hospital after being hit by a vehicle at the intersection of the Nassau Expressway and Mott Avenue in Inwood at 6:55 a.m. on April 13, according to police.
The woman is 5-3, weighs 122 pounds, has blond hair and blue eyes, and is considered to be in her mid-50s, police said. They identified her, but are not releasing her name. The police also declined to release the name of the hospital.
The motorist remained at the scene and there no criminality is suspected at this time, police said.
