“Vulnerable” 22-year old Oceanside man missing

Kenny Rotwein, 22, of Oceanside, described by the Nassau County Police Department as a “vulnerable adult,” was reported missing on Friday, Dec. 1. According to a police report, he has a medical and cognitive disorder, and is in need of medication. When the Herald went to press on Dec. 4, he had yet to be located.

Rotwein was described by detectives as a white, five-and-a-half foot tall, 120 pound male with hazel eyes, brown hair, and “scraggly facial hair.” The last time he was seen was at his home on Golf Drive around 5 p.m. on Dec. 1.
