Bay Shore man arrested in V.S., other CVS thefts

A Bay Shore man was arrested on April 3 and charged with robbery and four counts of petit larceny for allegedly stealing from four CVS stores, including one in Valley Stream.

Joseph Pisano, 44, of Lake Success, was arrested by Lake Success Police Department officers during a traffic stop for driving with a suspended or revoked license. Police said that a subsequent investigation revealed that Pisano was wanted by Nassau County police for “numerous incidents,” including a robbery and petit larcenies committed at four CVS stores in Valley Stream, Oceanside and Rockville Centre.

Pisano was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree reckless endangerment, four counts of petit larceny and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on April 4.
