District 24 to hold building tour

Valley Stream District 24 has changed the time for its annual building inspection, which will be held Saturday, Jan. 12.
Breakfast begins at 8 a.m. at the William L. Buck School and the tour of the building starts at 8:30 p.m. The tour then moves on the the Brooklyn Avenue School and concludes at the Robert W. Carbonaro School. Each tour is expected to last a half-hour.
Members of the public are welcome to join the Board of Education and administrators to review past and future capital projects. For more information, call (516) 256-0153.
