A sixth-grader at Wheeler Avenue School was named the winner of the PTA Reflections Contest in the category of music composition in November, District 13 announced.
Rainer DeLalio was honored at the Nassau Region’s PTA Presidents and Principals dinner, which took place at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury last month.
Wheeler Avenue Parent-Teacher Association co-presidents Stephanie Seltzer and Ellen Strojan congratulated DeLalio at the event on behalf of their organization.
