Police: Teens made threats towards school
By Michael Ganci

Two former Massapequa High School students, including one from Seaford, were arrested after they allegedly made threats towards the school via Facebook, police said.

According to Seventh Squad detectives, a Massapequa High School dean received a phone call on June 3 from a concerned parent regarding Richard Delpesce, 17, of Seaford, and Corinne Terris, 19, of Massapequa. According to the parent, the pair made threats towards the school on Facebook.

Police were notified and, after an investigation, it was determined that no students were in danger at any time. Both defendants surrendered to the Seventh Squad and were arrested on June 4.

Both Delpesce and Terris were charged with making a terroristic threat. Terris is also charged with fourth-degree criminal solicitation. They were both arraigned on June 5 at First District Court in Hempstead.
