The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Iota Theta Zeta Chapter, held their Finer Womanhood Scholarship Brunch at the Garden City Hotel. Town of Hempstead Councilwoman Dorothy Goosby congratulated Zeta Chapter President Portia Harvey and Chairperson Miss Zeta, Whitney Alexander. The Councilwoman presented Certificates of Recognition to this year’s honorees and scholarship recipient
