Yoga at the library

Narcan training session
Town Councilman Anthony D’Esposito invites residents to a Narcan training session at the Malverne Public Library on Monday, March 12, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The training session, which is in conjunction with the Village of Malverne and the Malverne Ambulance Corps, will help identify symptoms of a possible overdose. Narcan is used to help reverse an opioid overdose. This training session will also provide tips on using this new form of Narcan, which is inhaled rather than injected. Info: (516) 599-0750.

An evening with ‘Chess’
