Tai Chi Class-all levels!
Tai Chi and Qigong (deep breathing) have been proven to improve flexibility, reduce stress, lower blood pressure and increase stamina.
Join us every Wednesday and Saturday to learn traditional Tai Chi and Qi Gong forms. Students will learn traditional and competition Yang style Tai Chi forms, push hands, applications and some weapons.
Qi Gong and stress reduction and relaxation techniques for all levels!
All levels are welcome. No prior experience necessary!
Wednesdays - 7 -8 pm
Saturdays - 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
