Chase Bank in F.S. robbed on Nov. 30

An unknown man robbed the Chase Bank in Franklin Square on Nov. 30. 

Nassau County police officials said the suspect entered the bank, located at 925 Hempstead Turnpike, at 4:20 p.m. “The subject approached the teller and demanded money. The teller complied and the subject fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of US currency,” police officials said in a statement. 

Four employees and two customers were present inside the bank at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported. 

Police described the subject as male, Black, and in his mid to late 50s, with an average build. He was wearing a green jacket at the time of the robbery.
