Cedarhurst resident charged with harassment

A Cedarhurst resident who has allegedly made repeated “threats to life” against several Jewish people, including a number of rabbis and members of the Nassau County Police Department was arrested by 4th Precinct officers on patrol at 1:50 a.m. on May 11, police said.

Bradley Goldberg, 47, of Oakland Avenue, was stopped by police at the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and West Broadway in Cedarhurst. Goldberg, who had an open warrant against him, was taken into custody without incident, police said.

He is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, six counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, two counts of third-degree coercion, four counts of fourth-degree stalking, seven counts of second-degree aggravated harassment and one count of arrest without a warrant.

Goldberg was arraigned on May 12. He next court appearance is May 13. He was remanded. David Arash Adhami, of Great Neck, is representing Goldberg.
