Once the lawsuits start flying, it will be New York State taxpayers who get stuck with the bill. inBloom's own privacy statement publicly states that their sharing policies can change at any time (all without parent knowledge and consent). How did NYSED's lawyers allow this? We must bring public pressure and hold all our elected representatives accountable to protect our children.
