St. Boniface Martyr Church in Sea Cliff held its annual Feast by the Shore, raising money and ringing in the start of summer at Tappen Beach in Glenwood Landing.
Hundreds came out for the four-day extravaganza, featuring food, carnival rides and games of all kinds. Each day also had live music from bands across the North Shore including Alibi, Livestock, Trash Boyz, Chicken Head and the Abby and Mae Show.
This year’s festival included the debut of its newest attraction, Tokyo Drift; the music-driven thrill ride made its first-ever appearance in Glenwood Landing and gave riders a heart racing ride. The celebration was free to attend, with parking also available at no cost.
The event is a fundraiser for the church, with proceeds supporting various community initiatives like holiday meal baskets, youth activities, and community gift cards.
