The Nassau County Police Department reported that a piece of debris from a building under construction located at the intersection of West Broadway and Derby Road in Cedarhurst fell onto the roadway.
Officials said that a call was made at 12:12 p.m. that debris from construction taking place at 701 Broadway in Cedarhurst fell onto the roadway. No injuries were reported. Officials noted that West Broadway is partially shut down.
