Former Baldwin High School basketball star Jabeon Bivins, was shot and killed outside a Queens housing complex in Far Rockaway Monday evening, he was 24. He was discovered by a neighbor who had gone into the street for fear her relative had been shot, only to find Bivins body.
New York Police Department surveillance footage shows the moment shots erupted from two gunmen and numerous men scattered into the streets. Bivins was struck by one bullet in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
