Jury finds Wilson guilty in Stop & Shop shooting

Accused Stop & Shop shooter Gabriel Wilson was found guilty of second-degree murder by a jury Wednesday morning.

Gabriel was also found guilty of two counts of second-degree attempted murder and assault.

On April 20, 2021, Gabriel shot and killed grocery manager Ray Rishropp at the West Hempstead Stop & Shop on Cherry Valley Road, according to police.
