A 36-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck by two cars in Uniondale, according to Nassau police.
On the evening of Oct. 14, police reported that the man was crossing Front Street near Greengrove Avenue when he was allegedly first hit by a 2011 Nissan driving westbound.
The man was then reportedly struck a second time by a 2017 Chevrolet driving eastbound, according to police.
The man was reported to have suffered injuries to his head and body, police said, and he was taken to a nearby hospital.
The 66-year-old man driving the Nissan and the 41-year-old woman driving the Chevrolet were not injured.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
