Hats off... and back on again! One of the Baldwin PAL cheerleaders lost her Santa hat, but didn’t miss a beat. She retrieved the hat and made a full recovery just seconds later.

Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, who rode in on a Baldwin fire truck, stayed for several songs at the Holiday celebration. The couple in red then helped the crowd light the holiday tree using their magic.

A little holiday cheer:
Baldwin’s tiniest PAL cheerleaders put on a big show at the Chamber of Commerce’s colorful holiday season kick off event on Sunday. The celebration, held at “Chamber Corner” by the LIRR station, featured songs and dance, pony rides, refreshments, and even a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus—who helped the crowd light the Christmas tree with their holiday magic.
The Baldwin Chamber of Commerce once again pulled out all the stops to bring Baldwin a joyous holiday celebration over the weekend. Cheerleading, pony rides, choral performances and reminders to “shop Baldwin first” characterized the well-attended event, and crowds enjoyed hot cider and donuts. Around 5 in the afternoon Santa and Mrs. Claus even made an appearance. The jolly couple rode in astride a vintage Baldwin Fire Truck and helped the crowd light the tree with their special Christmas magic.
