Last Sunday marked a day to celebrate mothers and all the good a mother brings to a child’s life. At South Nassau Christian Church, though, Baldwin mothers were celebrated the entire weekend, including a dinner on Saturday night.
The men prepared and served a nice meal to dozens of mothers and children during the event.
Arts and crafts fun
Children traveled to Baldwin Public Library on May 7 to work on crafts to give to their mothers. Kids of all ages decorated miniature beach chairs with help from the library staff.
