Posted

The Merrick-Bellmore Community Concert Association presented Capitol Quartet saxophonists on Feb. 13 at Calhoun High School in Merrick. Pictured in front row, from left, were Joseph Lulloff of the Capitol Quartet, MBCCA Treasurer Helene Manas, President Mark Manas and composer Perry Goldstein. In the back row were the Capitol Quartet's Christopher Creviston, Andrew Dahlke and David B. Stambler. On Saturday, April 2, at 8 p.m., the MBCCA will host a special doo-wop concert, which is separate from the 2010-11 series and is not included in the season subscription. The exciting '50s music concert will be at Kennedy High School in Bellmore. Tickets for this special event will be available at the door for $35 each.
