Arrests
On May 6 at 8:25 p.m., a 55-year-old Cedarhurst man was arrested on Langdon Place in Lynbrook on an open trespass warrant from Nassau County First District Court.
On May 8 at 1:35 a.m., a 49-year-old Hempstead man was arrested on Broadway in Lynbrook on an open vehicle and traffic law warrant from Hempstead Court.
On May 9 at 8 a.m., a 41-year-old Bethpage man was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on a parole violation for possession of stolen property.
On May 9, a 21-year-old Rosedale man was arrested for aggravated harassment in the second degree which occurred at a residence on Union Avenue in Lynbrook.

On May 9 at 8:55 a.m., a Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with robbery in the second degree which occurred at a residence on Walnut Street in Lynbrook.
On May 10 at 4:30 a.m., a 22-year-old Amityville man was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. According to police, Graves has an open arrest warrant from Nassau County First District court for resisting arrest.
On May 11 at 9:52 p.m., a 23-year-old East Rockaway man was arrested on Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
On May 12 at 12:50 a.m., a 45-year-old Uniondale man was arrested on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Criminal mischief

Between May 7 at 10 p.m. and May 8 at 8:30 a.m., an unknown subject threw a glass bottle and broke the rear windshield of a vehicle while parked on Waverly Avenue in East Rockaway.

Forgery
On May 5 at 5:45 p.m., it was reported that an unknown subject attempted to deposit a forged check in the amount of $6879.34 from an account belonging to a Lynbrook resident at a Capitol One bank in New Jersey.

Larceny
On May 6, it was reported that an orange Malibu ll xl Kayak valued at $1,000 was taken from the side yard of a residence on Lawrence Avenue in Lynbrook.
On May 8, a complainant reported that an unknown person did charge $313.50 in unauthorized charges to her debit card, which had been lost at the Holiday Inn Express, 1 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.

Identity theft

On May 6, a complainant reported that $1209 was taken from her checking account at various ATM’s in California using the victim’s VISA debit card.
On May 9, a complainant reported that $1013.25 was taken from various ATM’s in California using the victim’s debit card information which may have been obtained from a breach in security of the SONY PlayStation network.
