Arrests

On Feb. 15 at 9:25 p.m., a 29-year old Baldwin man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance which occurred on Union Avenue in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 17 at 11:25 p.m., a 25-year-old Valley Stream man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana which occurred on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 18 at 11:21 a.m., a 46-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended registration which occurred on Walnut Street in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 19 at 7:12 p.m, a 27-year old Malverne man was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury which occurred on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 19 at 8 p.m., a 45-year-old Freeport man and a 50-year-old Hempstead man were arrested and charged with petit larceny which occurred at CVS pharmacy, 633 Merrick Road in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 20, a 24-year-old Rosedale man was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and criminal contempt of court, which occurred on Broadway in Lynbrook.

On Feb. 20 at 10:16 p.m.,a 22-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree which occurred on Burtis Street in Lynbrook.

Grand Larceny

Between 9 a.m. on Feb. 10 and 9 a.m. on Feb. 14, $2500 worth of jewelry was taken from an apartment on Freer Street in Lynbrook.
