Arrests
On July 10 at 2:30 p.m., a 46-year-old  Flushing woman was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice at 7 Union Ave. The defendant, while employed as a massage therapist at Spa Therapy and Massage, performed a massage without being licensed by the State of New York.
A 41-year-old Kew Gardens Hills woman was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice at 7 Union Ave. The defendant, while employed as a massage therapist at Spa Therapy and Massage, performed a massage without being licensed On July 10 at 10:50 p.m., A 47-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, failed to signal a turn and equipment violation (signal lights) on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
At 8:10 p.m. on July 11, A 54-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with an open warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and driving too slow (impede traffic) on Carpenter Avenue.
On July 11 at 8:15 p.m., an 18-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with criminal sale of marijuana on Broadway.
A 29-year-old Freeport man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and expired New York State Inspection on Sunrise Highway on July 13 at 9:15 p.m.
On July 16 at 12:45 a.m., a 49-year-old Freeport man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon (Gravity Knife) on Watkins Place.
At 4 p.m. on July 18, a 31-year-old Springfield Gardens man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, fail to signal turn, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
A 23-year-old St. Albans man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on July 18 at 4 p.m.
At 11:13 p.m. on July 19, a 43-year-old Valley Stream woman was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand held cell phone on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.
On July 21 at 2:13 a.m., a 21-year-old of Westbury was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, violation of conditional use license and speeding on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

On July 13 at 11:55 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) damaged their 2012 Honda Civic by scratching it with an unknown object while it was parked in their driveway on Vincent Place. The total amount of damage is $1,000.
A complainant reported that an unknown person(s) damaged their 2006 Toyota Corolla by smashing the rear passenger window with an unknown object while it was parked in private parking area of 157 Hempstead Ave on July 16 at 9:20 a.m. The total amount of damage is $250.

Burglary
At 9:30 p.m. on July 14, a complainant reported that after returning home, to their residence on Jarvis Place, they found their back door and window open. An unknown person(s) had taken two Dell laptop computers, valued at $1,500, one Nikon camera, valued at $300, about 50 pieces of assorted jewelry, valued at $15,000 and $1,300 in assorted bills from the house. The total loss is $18,100.

Grand larceny
A complainant reported that an unknown person(s) removed their Coach purse, Coach fanny pack, Chase credit card, Kohl’s credit card, Target credit card, New York State Driver’s License and $200 in assorted US Currency from their car at 3:40 p.m. on July 15. The complainant stated that their car was parked in Municipal Parking Field #10 when the items were removed. The total loss is $ 425.
n On July 15 at 8:35 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) removed two 24x16 cast iron plant urns from in front of their residence on Bixley Heath. The value of the urns is $ 1,500.
