The East Rockaway Fire Department will host its annual Fire Prevention Day Program on Sunday Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Grant Avenue Firehouse next to St. Raymond’s School, off of Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway. Exhibits, demonstrations, fire truck rides and training about fire safety. Fun learning experience for the whole family.
