The new U9 Boys Travel Soccer Team, Lynbrook-East Rockaway Sting, competed in the 18th Annual Bob Schrager Memorial Labor Day Weekend Tournament hosted by the Oceanside United Soccer Club.
The boys completed the four-game tournament undefeated with two wins and two draws, which earned them, second place in their division.
The team is coached by James O’Connell and Leo Guarino. Jonathan Scalia is their trainer.
The tournament players were Vincent O’Connell, Sean Therrien, Leo Guarino, Thomas de Menezes, Lucas Pecora, Nico Rivera, James Habert, Derek Rivera, Franklin Infante and Ronaldo Atiencia.
