Post-season basketball awards for East Rockaway

The post-season awards were presented for the 2012 basketball season.

Mikey Lores made Nassau County All Conference and New York Joey Lores, Nassau County All Conference & New York State All-Section and New York Sports Writers Association All-State; David McClure, Nassau County All Conference and New York State All-Section; and Justin Jonas, Nassau County All Conference and New York State All-Section.

Joe Lores was named the Basketball Coaches Association of New York Classification “C” Coach of the Year.
