The Island Park Theatre Group, in concert with the Island Park School District Recreation Department, presented two of five performances of the rousing, classic musical comedy “Mame” on the professional stage at the Lincoln Orens School last weekend.
Local performers from Oceanside, Island Park, East Rockaway, Rockville Centre, Bellmore, Long Beach and other communities sang and danced to favorites such as “We need a little Christmas,” “If He Walked Into my Life,” “That’s How Young I Feel,” and the popular, “Mame.”
