The sounds of the 60s were alive and groovin’ when folk-rock harmony trio Gathering Time returned to Temple Am Echad last weekend.

The event, a tribute to the artists of Woodstock, included Cantor Jerry Korobow, who led “Peter, Paul & Mary” folk service, interspersing socially conscious songs by the iconic trio at appropriate places among the prayers. On Saturday, the tribute included music, food, beverages and memorabilia for sale. “Gathering Time” featured songs by Crosby, Stills & Nash, Arlo Guthrie, Richie Havens, Janis Joplin, The Grateful Dead, and others.
