Hempstead Town Councilwoman Laura Ryder and Town Clerk Kate Murray greeted Carlo Mattia and Thomas Walsh — co-owners of Crossfit The Rock in East Rockaway — as they recognized the Main Street business as part of the town’s Small Business Spotlight in September.
