Dynamic Core specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Its mission is to provide patients the with highest quality care possible in a comfortable, congenial environment. Therapists are highly experienced, using advanced manual skills. They follow the current trends of exercise, and use state-of-the-art equipment. Locations can be found in Long Beach, Mineola and Rockville Centre.

Dan Cieleski, P.T., who graduated Daemon College with a degree in Physical Therapy, has been in practice for 14 years. After 11 years of working in various orthopedic and sports physical therapy facilities in Pennsylvania and New York City, he opened Dynamic Core. He is director of the Long Beach and Rockville Centre offices.

Cieleski’s education continues with courses in mechanical diagnosis and treatment (including all levels of The McKenzie Method), core stabilization, joint dysfunction, sports medicine, and spinal mobilization /manipulation. He is a certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Using manual therapy techniques, he treats joint and soft tissue restrictions, promoting exercise to restore range of motion and strength. He is a strong believer in educating his patients in order to steadily improve their recovery progress and reduce the chance of recurrent injury.

Dynamic Core Physical Therapy treats athletes of all ages and levels, from school age children to professional adults. Injuries they treat might have occurred during routine movement, sports-related events or other recreational activities. Sometimes, the “weekend warrior” can cause trauma by over-doing it. Equipped with advanced level practitioners, Dynamic Core is also the official physical therapy provider for the F.C. New York Professional Soccer Team.

Patients recovering from orthopedic surgery can benefit greatly from Dynamic Core’s physical therapy. The practice also treats injuries related to automobile and work-related accidents. Spinal rehab, which can involve fractures, herniated disc, pinched nerves, sprains, strain, and other painful back conditions, is addressed as well.

Geriatric rehabilitation is yet another specialty. So many aches and pains are caused by the aging process. Physical therapy can be helpful with the pain associated with arthritis, bursitis, spinal stenosis and joint replacement.

Dynamic Core will work closely with their patients’ primary care physicians, orthopedists, pain management specialists and other medical professionals. They can make recommendations from a network of physicians and attorneys, if needed. New patients can print our forms directly from its website, and fill them out at their own convenience, thus, saving time when they come in for their initial appointment.
