Christina Palermo, 7, was diagnosed in February 2010 with a rare cancer, rhabdoid sarcoma, and is currently being treated at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital.
On Oct. 28, Christina’s family held a Family Fun Night at the Plattduetsche Park Restaurant in Franklin Square. The event included dinner, dancing, an open bar and raffles, and proceeds went toward Christina’s medical bills.
