Overcast Schools are closed or delayed in Franklin Square and Elmont

As people dig out the snow after Thursday's storm, schools are closed or on delayed openings on Friday.
Elmont Union Free School District is closed.
Franklin Square Union Free School District and Sewanhaka Central High School District are operating on delayed openings scheduled for 10:15 and 10 a.m. starts, respectively.
