A UBS arena passenger trolley was found engulfed in flames at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont on July 15 at 9 p.m., according to police.
A police investigation found that an unidentified man began to drive the trolley through the parking lot where it collided with a parked vehicle. The man then drove the trolley onto Hempstead Turnpike where he abandoned the vehicle, which was found ablaze.
The man is white, middle-aged and was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and white shoes.
