The Island Park Civic Association hosted a “Hug a Bunny” night at Miami Nights restaurant on March 27, and collected over 100 stuffed bunnies. Last week they visited area hospitals to distribute the toys to children in pediatric wards. First stop was South Nassau Communities Hospital.
