Big Band tunes get the crowd on the dance floor in Oceanside

Swingtime Big Band was back at the Oceanside Friedberg JCC last Sunday, May 23. The 20-piece band and its two singers took residents down memory lane with its swing tune performances. The event, sponsored in part by the Oceanside Jewish War Veterans Post 717, was a pre-Memorial Day brunch and also raised money for the JCC.
"It was a great afternoon for all of the participants in the community with the swing time band," said resident Joseph Ponte.
