Before the Oceanside Sailors steam rolled the East Meadow Jets 48-7 during the homecoming game, Oceanside High School came out to raise spirits and celebrate school spirit at the Homecoming Parade.
Each of the schools four classes built floats and paraded down Skillman Avenue, showing their school colors and spirit.
Whatever the parade participants did to raise spirits, it worked, because Oceanside went on to win its fourth consecutive game. This is shaping up to be a stellar season for the Sailors.
