Hold it now — hit it! Local pro boxer Seanie Monaghan hit it up with Mike D of the Beastie Boys during the Quiksilver Pro N.Y. competition last week. Monaghan — whose next fight is set for Oct. 1 in Atlantic City (tickets are available at the Inn) — was part of 10-time ASP World Champion Kelly Slater’s security detail during the event. Monaghan, a light heavyweight who is currently 8-0 with five technical knockouts, will fight just before Sergio Martinez defends his middleweight belt in HBO’s main event.
